What is the minimum consumption?

SYNTHETICS: 160 meters per color and engraving
ACTION LEATHER: 10mil dm2 per color and engraving

Is there any warranty on your products and how does it apply?

Yes, all products are guaranteed. It applies based on the parameters of our physical tests described in the data sheets.

Can you match a counter sample material and color?

Yes, we have a specialized color lab with which we can either match PANTONE or rely on a physical sample.

What is needed to open a loan?

Make a minimum of 3 cash purchases. A credit application form and the required documentation will be sent to you. You will be notified of the response within approximately 8 business days.

Are the materials free of restricted substances?

Yes, all materials manufactured are free of restricted substances and lead.

Is there any care I should take of the material when it is not in use?

The material should be stored in areas that are not humid or exposed to excessive sunlight. It should remain packed to maintain its original softness.

Do you ship outside Mexico?

Yes, we have the qualified personnel to export.

Is there an extra charge for shipping?

Shipping is at the customer's expense, the material is sent by the courier indicated by the customer.

Are your products manufactured in Mexico?

Yes, the material is national, everything is manufactured in our plant in San Francisco del Rincón. Gto
